Description

The Carbonator is an online-carbonation system for accurate and continuous carbonation of beverages.
The full automatic System measures and controls the content of CO2. It works without losses and is fully CIP capable.
Due to its compact and modular design, it can be easily integrated into any existing plant system.

The oxygen pressure is set by a stainless steel pressure control valve so that the system works in the defined range and the modulating valve with constant conditions. The quantity of water and oxygen is measured by flow meters and the amount of oxygen is set by a pneumatic control valve. In the Venturi-Vortex injector the oxygen and water are mixed together. The combination of venturi and vortex effects enables a very fine and homogeneous spreading of the oxygen in the water. The solubility of oxygen in the water depends on pressure and temperature. Thus the Centec Venturi-Vortex injector is designed according to it in order to guarantee a perfect solution of oxygen. The Venturi-Vortex injector is always integrated in the CIP of the water pipe. The system can be combined with a booster pump, chiller and buffer tank in front of a filler
